The editor for writing notification templates is on the left side, while the list of shortcodes is on the right. You can use the shortcode list to insert order-specific details, such as the customer’s name, total order amount, shipping cost, etc. Shortcodes must be enclosed in curly brackets, and the capitalization must match exactly. For example, to display the shipping cost, use the shortcode {Shipping_Total}.
After modifying the notification template, you can enable the notification for that event by toggling the status button to the right until it turns blue. You can choose which notifications to enable by adjusting the status button accordingly.
